“We had started working with an architect, but he couldn’t seem to connect with what my wife wanted done, and would not give us a written contract. That’s when Dawn and Chuck from Master Custom Homes came in. They understood what we wanted, the structural issues involved, plus some water damage to repair, and were willing to give us a detailed, written contract. They substantially updated our ‘boxy’ ranch to the beautiful, welcoming home it is today, with lots of open space. All the non-bedroom living space was totally reconfigured. We were quite pleased, and have recommended them to many of our friends.”
